Compatible with Axial

Aeon Labs Multisensor 6 Gen 5. Unit can display tamper (Burglar), battery (%), temperature (degrees F), relative humidity (%), luminescence (lux) and ultraviolet radiation (scale unknown. Unit supports OTA firmware updates.

Recommend updating firmware to latest version. Use Aeon OTA utility to perform updates. Device can be included either non-secure (one push of button) or secure (two pushes of button within 1-second).

Parameters:

3 - Sets Motion Timer Duration in Seconds where the sensor shows tripped. Default is 240 seconds. Note that the motion detected only resets after ALL motion ceases for the duration. Each time motion is detected this timer resets. It may be necessary to reduce this value. The motion indicator in ICHA unchecks almost immediately. This needs to be resolved in the software.
6 - Sensitivity. Range is 0-127 (127 is most sensitive). Default is 127.
101 - Group 1 Reports. This is a 4-byte hexadecimal value with a default of 225. In order to determine the sensors included in the report use the following info. Add the value for each sensor together and use the resultant value for the parameter value:

1 = Battery
16 = Ultraviolet
32 = Temperature
64 = Humidity
128 = Luminosity

The default of 225 gives all sensors except ultraviolet. A value of 241 give you all sensors.

102 - Same as 101, sends reports to all devices in Group 2.
103 - Same as 101, sends reports to all devices in Group 3
111 - Group 1 (101) Sensor Report Interval in Seconds. Default is 3600 (1 hour)
112 - Group 2 (102) Sensor Report Interval in Seconds. Default is 3600 (1 hour)
113 - Group 3 (103) Sensor Report Interval in Seconds. Default is 3600 (1 hour)

Unit can be placed manually into wakeup mode for programming by holding in Z-Wave button on back for 3 seconds. LED will be solid. Unit can be placed back in sleep mode by pressing another 3 seconds.

Tamper is detected by vibration sensor rather than switch. Values are 0 = No Motion, No Tamper, 3 = Vibration Tamper Detected, 8 = Motion Detected.

TIP = Device can be woken up by gently shaking to activate the vibration sensor. This is useful for programming params, checking settings, etc.
