Link Product Codes

This will show you the steps to link your product code purchases
Linking your product code will enable you to renew your update subscription. This guide will step you through the quick process of how to link your product codes to your InControl HA (cloud) account.

Login or Register

Step 1. Login to incontrolha.com using your cloud account. This is the same account information you enter into your smart phone's InControl app. If you do not have a cloud account, you can register for one now.

Step 2. Navigate to the Product Code section of your account page and click link a product code to this account.

Step 3. Enter the email address and product code you used to activate your copy of InControl. This information was originally sent to you when you first purchased InControl.

Step 4. Done! You can now renew your update subscription from this page.
