On first testing I didn't think it was compatible but I looked through the list of levels for the device and noticed that the although the tripped / Open wasn't changing when the door opened, the Access Control option was changing from 22 to 23. So I used this label and activated a virtual switch when the level changed. It's not ideal but it is a work around.
