The device is working well If using as 1x SPDT than everything is fine.
But if set to 2 x SPST, Axial only see 1 z-wave device instead of 2 devices and control the 2 switch at the same time. This is also an issue with other z-wave software controller.
But generally fixed with an update from the controller developers. see SmartThing example : https://community.smartthings.com/t/intermatic-ca3750-2xspst-control-with-smartthings/2954/93. Maybe axial team can look at the code proposed in the link and apply it to Axial source code.
